This video is to show you that there are ways to help your vertigo. These methods worked for me and have kept my vertigo away. The exercises I used, I found on YouTube and can be seen here:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7ZgUx9G0uEs
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1VWyPgfMuvM
They have both helped me. The B12 injections that I take are: METHYLCOBALMIN.
I hope this helps and gives you some hope.
Thanks for watching.

this only goes to prove what i have been saying for years now, DON’T EVER
TRUST MDs!!!! They are idiots that kill and mame people and then go to bed
at night and never have to pay for the misery they cause people!!! I was
also saved my a natural doctor!! I still do have vertigo and i am feeling
like i am living through an earthquake also. I have all sorts of
dizziness, but the earthquake one and the floor dipping is the worst right
now!! I am going to get some more b12 and be more aggressive until the
dizziness goes away. I really hate this!!! Thanks for the great video
and im really glad you found the help you needed! I really can’t believe
that you paid for all that testing and stuff and they won’t even give you
the results!!! UNBELIEVABLE!!! They don’t want to give it to you cus
they don’t want to be sued. It’s disgusting!! Hugs sweetie!!!

What should I do if my doctor does not give me access to my records?
The Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) Privacy
Rule gives you, with few exceptions, the right to inspect, review, and
receive a copy of your medical records and billing records that are held by
health plans and health care providers covered by the Privacy Rule.

If you want a copy, you may need to pay for copies and mailing. If you
request an electronic copy of protected health information, a covered
entity is required to provide you with such electronic copy to the extent
it is readily producible. In most cases, you should get your copies within
30 days.

A provider cannot deny you a copy of your records because you have not paid
for the health services you have received. If you believe that your doctor
or other health care provider violated your health information privacy
right by not giving you access to your medical record, you may file a HIPAA
Privacy Rule Complaint with the U.S. Department of Health and Human
Services (HHS) Office for Civil Rights. The easiest way to file a complaint
is to go through the HHS Office for Civil Rights. If you have questions
about privacy, security, or HIPAA, visit the Department of Health and Human
Services Office for Civil Rights (OCR) privacy website . You can also
search OCR’s HIPAA FAQ database.

For more information about your right to access your records, visit the HHS
Office for Civil Rights.

you. Namaste

Thank you!!!!!!!! I tried the half somersault and it seems to have helped.
Nobody ever gave me that position before. Like you, I too was sent on a
roller coaster ride to try to find out what was wrong with me. I was lucky
to have a very good health care plan….but for what?! VERTIGO! They did
so many tests on me that I was going to doctors or hospitals at least once
a week for about a year. We spent so much money in co-pays that I hit the
ceiling and we actually got a refund check back. Ridiculous. I found out
that I had a birth defect that wasn’t effecting my health and had
absolutely NOTHING to do with what I was going through. I was the one who
finally put a stop to all of the probing. I had to quit my job as a
teacher. I lost my career over all of this. All I ever needed was PT. It
worked….but this week…for some reason….the vertigo is back. I came
on here to review the exercises that I used to do and found your post. You
are a Godsend. Thank you. 🙂

PS….just noticed that you said that you are a vegan….so am I. I wonder
if there is a connection with that and vertigo….hmm.

Sandy Griffin says:

You are Awsome…thanks so much….several months ago I got water in my
ear…and than a few months later I woke up with my head spinning…and the
room was spinning…and I fell….it scared me…but I went to a
chiropractor/holistic doctor who said I had an ear infection..and I started
putting collidial silver in it and it helped…but than later I got a score
throat out of no where…and my lymphnodes starting swelling and I started
getting dizzy again…..and went to an ear nose and throat doctor and he
said I might have crystals in the ear which actually i do have it feels
like in my ear a build up, and it’s very uncomfortable…but crystals cause
veridigo……and so I am dizzy again…not spinning as much…but still
dizzy and it sucks…..but when I first went to the holistic doctor she had
me get on probiotics, and other suppliments which helped so much…..she
said I was on pre menapause….and that I did have an ear
infection….anyway….I just wanted to thank you for such an honest and
eye opening video……it made me realize that I truly need to look into my
diet,…and take more suppliments for my immune system…..I eat
organic…but I still need to take more suppliments…..You are very
smart…and I appreciate you sharing your story…..It encouraged me to
know that others have suffered……you Rock…! and hopefully i can get to
the bottom of my dizziness, and my ear….I feel a wierd like crunchy sound
in it..have a super day…!!!! Sandy in los angeles

Thank you so much you are absolutely right about these pissy worthless
doctors. They know nothing about this problem people suffer all around the
world with this and ear nose and throat say they can do nothing about it.
The hospital rolled me out the door in a wheel chair tossed me in my moms
car did nothing to help me and sent me a bill for thousands of dollars.
Their crooks they will bankrupt America with these health care costs. I’m
so glad you got well and I hope everyone who suffers from this knows there
are alternatives as for me Im looking into Chinese medicine but will
mention this to them. .

Thank you!!!! Love your video. I suffer from Virtigo from time to time.
Have tried to cure it with my diet, it helped, but not completely cured.
I really want to try the Vit B12. Where can I get the book? Also, does
the Vit B12 pill help?

Patty Mattson says:

So glad you found and are sharing some options for people. I’ve researched
this quite a bit as I also had sudden onset Vertigo. Yours sounds like it
has some symptoms that do not always accompany Vertigo which is “Benign
Positional Vertigo”. BPV is most commonly caused by the movement of tiny
particles in the inner ear called calculi. They float into the canal fluid,
off of their normal location and disrupt that fluid that gives us balance.
I agree that there could very possibly be a cause for this that is
potentially linked to a vitamin or mineral defficiency. I’ll try the B12.
However the Epley Maneuver and Carol Fosters Dizziness maneuvers that help
move that calculi so it can go back on it’s little stand in your inner ear,
do seem to work as well. Sadly it’s serious torture to endure those
maneuvers when you are dizzy as initially it makes it worse. Ugh. Thanks
for sharing! Glad you found and shared this option. :O) !! Here’s to
maintaining a Vertigo Free life!!

Hi Nini,

Thanks a lot for this video. After watching this video i figured out that

Again tnx a lot for this video.

Valerie Yglecias says:

I’ve been told once that I have vertigo, but I’ve also dealt with anxiety
most of my life I’m 27 years old. I know when i get anxiety, but to be
honest that’s what everyone always thinks it is. To be honest it’s that
eyes bother me not so much super spinning but it feels kinda like a
dizziness gta blink alot and just feel little spaced out making it hard to
go out much less of course it spikes my anxiety.. so I don’t know exactly
what in dealing with if this is vertigo. I do get dizzy spells here n there
where I almost fall then rest of the day my head feels off n my eyes bug.
This somewhat what u felt. Did u have trouble going places or driving. I
can’t do or go anywhere a line because of the fear this has caused me
feeling like something will happen to me. Please let me know. I just got
insurance so been to the Dr in years. Which makes this a guessing game.
Like u mentioned things go through my head like tumors or what if this or
that. U mentioned homeopathy so should I look into this before a Dr. I feel
blood test would be good right? Please reach out to me I’d appreciate your
view. I felt like I was the only one dealing with this. Here is my email
valerie121487@gmail.com thank u for ur video

Hi there! I’ve been suffering from dizziness for about 2 years. And my
dizziness will get worse if I have anxiety attack. Do you think I should to
take my vitamin B supplement? Do you think that it should be enough to help
with my dizzy? Thank God you have recover from the spell! ☺

Sarah Kressaty says:

Very eye opening. I will try that and see what happens. Thank you, know
exactly what you were going through!

Sjrick says:

I get vertigo every few years and its the worst kind. i vomit every time i
try to get up. I just had it for the first time for 2 straight days. I just
had it again this past Friday and all i could do was lay my head on the
left side for an entire day and didnt eat or drink. Im going to make an
appt soon. I hope yours gets better. Best of luck.

Thomas Boatright says:

Did the blood work, doctor said my b12 count was good and since I was not
convinced he agreed to agresive b12 shots. I did feel somewhat better and
my energy level increased. Then I went back to my vertigo doctor and he was
also OK with what I had done. Now a week and a half later and I feel bad
again. Ugh ! I do suffer from vertigo but am not sure if it was a b12
defficiancy in the beginning and then they performed surgery on me
afterwards causing permanent vertigo . I will never know. Read the b12 book
that you recommended and love it ! It is a very informative book . Thank
you so much for making this video.

Jennifer Ramirez says:

I want to thank you so much for your video. It has really opened eyes, I
have all of your previous symptoms and didn’t know what to do. I too feel
dizzy and unbalanced almost all day. From the moment I wake to bed time. I
feel as if I’m drunk all the time and it sucks. To the point my fiance
usually holds my hand while we are shopping to keep me from going sideways
or crashing into people… it frustrates me to feel this way… it has been
going on for over a year. :-/ Thanks to you I realize that maybe it is
Vertigo and I’m going to buy me some vitamin B12 tomorrow. Like you said it
couldn’t hurt right? Hopefully it works for me too! 😀 thanks once more
for your recommendations! God bless you!

I’m going to try this:) my mom has had vertigo for a year now and she’s

Daisy M says:

I had BPPV and my symptoms were exactly as Nini described. It was
temporarily cured by a physical therapist who held my head while turning it
at 45 degree angles several times. She could tell by looking at my eyes
when the crystals were back where they belonged. The therapist gave me a
sheet with instructions and pictures which I keep close by in case I get it
again. I have had two short bouts with it again in the past 12 years, but I
do the exercises myself with a pillow under my back and I only had to do
them for a day or two. I’ve never taken B12 shots but I do take it as a
daily supplement.

Susan StCoeur says:

hi,,,thanks for your video,i have been diagnosed with vertigo today, and i
was wondering how much of the B12 vitamin do i need to take a day and for
how long

Lax Prajapati says:

Thank you for sharing….. I am going through what you had share.. My MD
experience is no difference than yours. After watching your video, I
checked my B12 and its really low… I think I need to find from here..

Jack Oz says:

Thank you for sharing your experience. I will try your suggestions.

Susan Hickman says:

I have had vertigo on and off for 20 years. It comes on unpredictably and
leaves just as suddenly. It IS horrible. You feel like you are walking on a
pretty shaky planet all the time. You learn to adapt by keeping your head
really stiff and not making any sudden movements. Biking is out, or
dancing, or anything that requires balance. However, guys, I don’t think
this has anything to do with any kind of deficiency or what you eat or what
supplements you take. It’s about calcium deposits that come loose in your
inner ear. I learned only recently that this can be corrected by doing what
is called the Epley manoeuver. (Google it). No cost. No hospitals. No
doctors. You can do it yourself. Repeat as needed. It doesn’t always work
the first time, you may need to repeat. Once done, try to stay “upright”
for a couple of days or even a week (sleep in a reclining chair, don’t make
any sudden moves, look up or down, be careful how you tie your shoes!). It
works! Amazing. Nice to feel the earth steady under my feet again.

Troy Shall says:

I have this and it’s horrible! I definitely have the whole sensitive hair
thing and the numbness / tingling in my arms and hands. My left eye
under-lid is a constant flutter too. I’m going to look into the B-12
shots. It can’t hurt, I can’t stand the spinning, it’s kind of scary
because I hate not being in control!

Liv s says:

Hello, does it have to be shot form or can you take b12 pills?

LastHumansGarage says:

at least my doctor said the words “BPPV” on my first visit about my
spinning head. But in my case, it was likely caused by some jaw surgery I
had which knocked the crystals loose.. thinking back if I knew it would
come to this.. maybe I wouldnt have bothered with the jaw correction
surgery. I have had spinning on this very day, and have been doing Epley
maneuvers for a few weeks. Thanks for a different viewpoint on this, and it
gives me more things to think about. (SF Bay Area)

Chimamandanata Baker says:

OMG!! Thank you!! I have been riding it out since 2009!! I never even told
a doctor because I don’t trust them any further than I could throw them…,
I just had or am having a SERIOUS attack the last week now! And had to be
rushed to the hospital! My kids found me on the floor… Because I was
throwing up I wasn’t even admitted to the nearest one…!!! (Scared of
patients being infected with Ebola) CRAZY!! Well they gave me cortisone and
some dizzy meds 4 days later I begged to leave… Now I’m suffering from a
steroid withdrawal!! I didn’t know what I was taking and just stopped once
I got home!! Was back at the doctors with the worst muscle pain neck pain
etc… I just saw your video and feel in my bones that your homeopathic
doctor is the best doc alive! I thank you!! For sharing again because I
will try this and look for a homeopathic doctor too now! Oh yeah they
diagnosis is Miniere disease!! And something I forgot how to write…
balance organ… and it’s the first time I saw a doctor about this threw
force of course…

I appreciate your hardwork in posting your video, my sister has been
suffering from vertigo for two years and I am desperate to help her.
However, I live in denver, co and she lives in austin, tx. Her doctors
have said that she needs surgery to relieve her vertigo due to being caused
by a neck injury. She has symptoms of low blood pressure of about 90/60.
I am skeptical because she said her vertigo originates from the spinal
cord. She is being very close minded about the fact that B12 deficiency is
related to the spinal cord due to research I have done online thanks to
your video. I want to send her to a homeopathy doctor in austin and pay
for it, but I can’t find one online that works with deficiency treatment as
well. Any help is appreciated, I feel she will only take advice from an
actual homeopathy or Naturopathic doctor and not her brother due to being
older and prideful. I even tell her I really don’t know what will help
her, but she could keep an open mind.

VpNetworkingCircle says:

Thanks so much Ivetta Zastava! I googled it and Vitamin D Defieciency

Erika Bradberry says:

Wow… I have bouts of vertigo and have been told I am b12 deficient.. even

Thanks for sharing the book as well.. amazing.

April Kuan says:

Thank you for this video! I got hit with vertigo on New Year’s Day and
spent 3 days in bed lying on one side only cuz i would get nausea any other
way. It’s almost 2 weeks now and i’m much better but still groggy. I had
the same thing too, having to tilt my head to one side and stumbling all
over like a drunkard while walking, lol! What a way to usher in 2015, eh!
This has been enlightening and i will try a B12 supplement first and see
how that goes :)

Lace Tomus says:

I have had Vertigo off and on for the last 2 years. What do you recommend I
do as my finances are slim?

BL Meyer says:

I guess I got lucky, my doc said right off I had BPPV and gave me
instructions to do at home, but my real question was “WHAT” caused it to
begin with and the answer I got was old age? I did NOT like that answer
and then found your video, which at the very least, makes a connection to
BPPV THANKS AGAIN for your sharing of your situation.

Shereen Khairat says:

Hi Nini, so I bought cobalvex b12 methylcobalamin 500 mcg is that ok? But
the one I bought doesn’t have to be refrigerated. Also, I didn’t find the
spray so is there an alternative?

Dino van der Merwe says:

Thank you so much for your video. It has given me hope. I only recently got
BPPV and its horrible.

I am going to try the b12 injections and bryonia if I can find them.

The 2 exercises also seem helpful and I’ll try them as well.

Much appreciated, all the way from South Africa.

UtwoBed says:

Very interesting video. I rarely get sick and the way I accomplish that is
when I feel a cold or virus coming on, I take a time release B12 and Folic
Acid before bed. This gives my immune system the boost it needs to defeat
the invaders. By morning symptoms gone. As far as my vertigo goes, I do the
positional exercises (for BPPV type Vertigo) to relocate the out of place
crystals in the ear tubes and that always stops the dizziness, but I will
experiment with the B12 and see if it has any effect on the Vertigo.
Thanks for sharing.

saxengee2 says:

I just had my first attack about 4 hours ago. I was alone- in a foreign
country- It was one of the worst experiences of my life. It felt like
torture- because I didn’t understand what the hell was going on- just that
I couldn’t focus and it felt like there was an earthquake in my head.
Really terrible violent head spinning.. I think I may have had a panic
attack at the same time. My mind went insane- I thought maybe I had late
stage diabetes, that I was going to die, or that I had snapped. I managed
to call a friend and she drove me to a pharmacist- (no doctors available)
and they gave me two sets of tablets which I think may be a generic of what
you originally took (‘Serc 8-‘ betahistine dilhydrochloride. and ‘Tanganil’
But the lovely chemist also (luckily) gave me Berocca. I don’t know what
worked but I do feel better. Still a bit dizzy- but much better. This video
made 100% sense to me- and it has helped relieve a lot of the anxiety and
worry I had too about what I went through. I thank you from the bottom of
my heart for sharing your experience. It has really helped me. I am about
to watch your next video. God bless. I wish you the absolute best in life.

Angelina Segura says:

I have pv.. I thought it was gone but I think I’m the verge of another
episode. It’s the worst experience I’ve ever encountered. It’s 4am and I’m
lying here trying to keep from getting sick..I will try the b12 and the
other tablets you suggested.

Thomas Boatright says:

Not to sound weird or anything but I just fell in love with your video ! I
have had vertigo for 8+ years now and yes it SUCKS ! You mentioned numbness
and tingling whereas no doctor I told that to was able to put 2 and 2
together. Wow I am going to look into the medicine and b12 therapy this
week. I have had several surgeries, been to all kinds of doctors and have
every prescription you can imagine. My mom mentioned a b12 deficiency a
while back and I started taking the supplement only. To no avail I gave up
all vitamins and exercise, because it was like you said all that was for
living with it and accepting it. Heck with that I want it gone! The last
surgery that I had went terribly wrong and now I am deaf in one ear with
constant ringing. I don’t regret the surgery nor do I fault the doctor, I
was desperate and willing to try anything. Again thank you for the video,
also for those of you that may not know it, your vertigo can be triggered
by grocery store isles or heavy traffic. I think it has something to do
with pattern changes. Also it is a viral infection from what I was told and
cold sores and sores that break out in other areas will break out on the
side your vertigo is on! I did learn all that from my vertigo doctor.

Brian White says:

What about the Broyonia do you still take that how long do you take the B12
do you still take it I have vertigo I think but it comes and goes its more
like BPPV yours sounded more extreme than mine so maybe I just need
broyonia

Marina Liberman says:

I loved you video. I’ve been suffering from vertigo for years. I already
went to very expensive doctors and so far nobody found a cause for my
problem. I am going to try your tips, but I really would like to find a
good homeopath like you found. Thank you. Which city Do you live?
